The footprints following a circular path symbolize how, over time, we have gradually lost our living connection with the natural environment. When we step out into nature, we often merely retrace our own narrow, predefined paths: we are physically present, yet we do not truly pay attention. We do not look around with sufficient openness, even as we believe we already see and understand the essence of things. The installation draws attention to this contradiction: that to truly experience nature, it is not enough to simply pass through the landscape; we must also learn to perceive it anew.
